In addition, you should also ensure that the Regulated Item(s) you are purchasing is legal for you to possess pursuant to state and local law.

If the firearm is unable to be transferred to you at an FFL (for any reason, including but not limited to violation of any federal, state, or local law, or inability to produce current licenses or permits required by state and local law), or if a Regulated Item is returned due to failure to comply with applicable law, your online payment will be refunded minus a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee and the cost of the return shipping.

By placing an “MTO” Order, you acknowledge and agrees that (i) the deposit is non-refundable, (ii) any lead time or delivery estimates provided by Fowler Industries are estimated and are subject to a variety of factors which may result in delays, (iii) upon notification that final payment is due, customer shall be required to pay same within five (5) days, failure to do so may result in cancellation of customer’s order and forfeit of the deposit.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us at Info@figuns.com, with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

If your return is approved by Fowler Industries, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). IV.     IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
AMMUNITION DISCALIMER:

We strive to build one of the best shooting, most reliable modified pistols on the market. Accuracy is only as good as the mechanical accuracy that the pistol is capable of, along with ammunition used. Fowler Industries does not warranty any pistol build (or barrel, slide, etc...) that has had non-factory, or second-hand reloaded ammunition (otherwise known as “remans”) fired through it. We suggest only using factory ammunition (non-steel cased) from reputable manufacturers. Failure to use factory ammunition can result in serious injury to the user or damage to the firearm.

ZERO TRIGGER INFORMATION:

screen-shot-2019-04-22-at-12.50.45-pm.png

MAKE SURE TO ALWAYS OBEY THE FIVE FIREARM SAFETY RULES
Treat every gun as if it were loaded.
Always keep the gun pointed in a safe direction.
Never point the gun at anything you are not willing to destroy.
Always keep your finger off the trigger until you are ready to shoot.
Be sure of your target and what is beyond your target’s backdrop.

The Zero Trigger system is only to be installed by a gunsmith/certified.

Zero Trigger for V9:
Do not modify the trigger shoe or trigger bow in any way.
Do not use any third-party parts that may alter function of the trigger.
Do not reinstall the provided trigger shoe on a different trigger bow or a different trigger shoe on the provided trigger bow.
Verify the function of the trigger prior to use with live ammunition.

Zero trigger for Glock platforms is intended to be a drop safe trigger system, however failures of this system are possible. To maintain drop safe status and proper functioning of the firearm.
Do not use spring weights other than factory (striker spring, plunger spring, recoil spring).
Do not use worn out factory springs.
Do not use aftermarket plungers/strikers/spring cups, or other parts/accessories that may alter function of the trigger.
Do not modify the trigger bar or trigger shoe in any way.
Do not reinstall the trigger shoe on a different trigger bar, or attempt to reinstall trigger shoe.
Do not remove trigger safety, or attempt to reinstall trigger safety.
Before and after each shooting session, always inspect roll pins and ensure that they have not backed out or started to back out of the trigger shoe.
Always check striker/trigger bar engagement.
Verify all drop safeties, and other parts prior to use with live ammunition.
If the firearm does not meet the criteria above, do not use the trigger.

For free installation on your pistol or any questions, please email info@figuns.com.  We recommend Jardine’s Extreme 2 grease for lubricating trigger components, and OEM “-“/Minus connectors (or similar) for best results.
IMPORTANT: Some Gen 4 frames may have fitment issues resulting in a “click” feeling upon initial pull.  If you experience this please email us at info@figuns.com and we will get an RMA started.

COMPONENT PARTS:

Certain components sold by Fowler Industries, including but not limited to grip modules, springs, triggers, guide rods, firing pin stop plate, thumb safeties, slide stops, optic plates, sights and pins (collectively “Components”) may not be compatible with all firearms sold by Fowler Industries or other manufacturers, please be sure to thoroughly review all product details prior to purchasing.  Even if certain Components are noted as compatible with your firearm, additional fitting may be required and the fitting process will vary from one firearm to another, regardless of age or manufacturer, and therefore installation should only be performed by a trained gunsmith to ensure proper function and safety.  Please contact us with any questions prior to making a purchase for a Component.  Any modification to factory-installed safety features must undergo thorough evaluation to ensure their continued effectiveness and functionality.
